1. Description : Blogger is a website where people post a variety of information including
    their own diary. These days, many people use bloggers to share information with others
    so that it becomes part of our lives.

2. Pros : It is easy for everyone to create and maintain their own bloggers. It is perfectly
    possible to maintain and save information. It can form a community by allowing people to
    visit and exchange opinions. Also, people can naturally acquire some knowledge by collecting
    and posting information.

3. Cons : Those who are not familiar with computers can be in trouble when making their
    own bloggers. Therefore, they spend  lots of time on making and decorating bloggers.
    It is a good idea to share various information with others but private life can be revealed.
    In addition, people might be more interested in making friends in virtual world rather than
    in real life.

4. Overall feeling : Blogger definatly makes our lives very richful by accessing useful information
   (buyng cheap tickets, good restaurants, etc.). Therefore, it would be more effective tool when 
   we use it more appropriately.
